This disclaimer applies to www.shiforaa.in, shiforaa.in and everything Shifora publishes, together with our terms of sale.

Photographs, films and colours

Photographs and films show our pieces as faithfully as we can, but colours, sparkle and scale vary with screens and light, and every handmade piece varies slightly. Some campaign photographs and films are created with the help of digital tools, always from our own photographs of the real piece; they are illustrations of how a piece may be worn, not a guarantee of its exact appearance. The description, weights and stone details on the product page prevail.

Prices and metal rates

Prices follow live market rates for gold, platinum and silver and can change at any time until you place your order. Rates shown on the site are for information and are not an offer to buy or sell metal. Nothing on the site is investment advice: jewellery is not an investment product and its resale value is not guaranteed.

Lab-grown diamonds and gemstones

Our diamonds are lab-grown unless stated otherwise: they are real diamonds, chemically and physically, made in a laboratory rather than mined. Comparisons with mined diamonds are general and approximate.

Certificates and grading

Hallmarks and laboratory reports (BIS, PGI, IGI, GIA, SGL, HRD) are issued by independent bodies. Grading is the opinion of the laboratory at the time of grading; different laboratories may grade the same stone differently, and we are not responsible for their opinions.

The watch service

Shifora is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any watchmaker. Watch makers' names, where a client mentions them, belong to their owners. Setting stones on a watch usually ends the original maker's warranty.

Information and links

Guides, articles and answers on the site are general information, written with care but without guarantee of completeness. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that it is free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
