The deposit is credited to the final price, and refunded in full if we cannot take on your piece or you decide not to go ahead with our quotation.
Questions & answers
How does a bespoke request work?
Send us photos of your design, sketch or jewellery and tell us what you would like. You pay a deposit, our atelier studies the photos and sends a full quotation, usually within two working days. Once you accept, we make the piece and the deposit is credited to the price.
How much is the deposit?
It follows the value you expect the piece to have: ₹9,530 under ₹95,296, ₹23,824 up to ₹4,76,481, ₹47,648 up to ₹14,29,443 and ₹95,296 above. It is credited to the final price.
What if I do not go ahead?
If we cannot take on your piece, or you decide not to go ahead with our quotation, we refund the deposit in full.
Can you copy a piece from another brand?
We make your own designs and pieces inspired by a style, but we do not copy another house’s signature designs, names or logos.
Which photos should I send?
Clear photos in daylight: the front, the side and any detail that matters, with a coin or ruler for scale if you can. Up to six photos.
